Georgia Gourdoupi

My name is Georgia and I'm a singer based in Utrecht.

 I started singing at a very young age and always had passion for improvisation. My mother was the one who transferred to me her love for singing, showing me how fun it is to express myself through creating melodies.

As a child I attended choirs and would always accompany my every moment with music.

I started vocal lessons, during my teen years, while still being in Greece at the music school 'Praxis' in Athens.

In 2018 I came to the Netherlands, knowing that the level of professional musicians is quite high, to study at the conservatoires of The Hague and later Utrecht.

In the beginning, I specialized in Jazz, but later on, my curiosity made me delve into other genres such as well like funk, pop, brazilian (samba, bossa nova, choro) music.
