Hoi! Ik ben Thomas, ik kom uit Griekenland en ik ben een gitarist, afgestudeerd aan het Conservatorium van Amsterdam. Als je je gitaarleeravontuur wilt beginnen of nieuwe ideeën wilt opdoen om door te gaan, kijk ik ernaar uit je te ontmoeten! Lees hieronder meer over de lessen.
*Mijn kennis van het Nederlands is op dit moment basis, dus ik geef meestal les in een mix van Nederlands en Engels, maar het wordt elke dag beter!
Thomas had his first fascinating musical experience at an early age when his father put on a Frank Zappa record that left him bewildered and excited about the expressive power of music. He picked up the family guitar and started to try and figure how it works. At age 13 he started following private lessons on acoustic and electric guitar, he spent a couple of years studying classical guitar at the Ionian Conservatory, finished his first studies in Audiovisual Arts at the Ionian University and his inextinguishable passion for music led him further in graduating from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam in Jazz Guitar Performance, studying under worldwide distinguished teachers Jesse van Ruller, Reinier Bass, Peter Bernstein, Martijn van Iterson, and more. His experience at the Conservatory opened up a whole new world of possibilities that comes with improvising and researching on original music and fuelled his passion even more. He has since been involved in various creative projects such as leading his own bands, composing and performing music for theater and music for storytelling performances for children.
